We are aware of the collective bargaining dispute currently ongoing between Coast Mountain Bus Company and CUPE local 4500 related to transit supervisors.
CUPE has decided to escalate its legal strike activity in a way that may impact the ability of our members to attend work.
Your Unifor Locals 111 and 2200 and national staff are and have been involved in discussions and meetings related to this situation as it has unfolded. We have been in communication with CUPE, the Company, and the BC Labour Relations Board about the scope and impact of any picketing activity. As this is a developing situation, we will provide more information as updates become available.

We will make sure that every depot and area has designated union reps available to ensure that you receive the most up to date information.
